At Truck Sign Design we are Wrap-a-holics!
We’ve been in business since 1993 with a reputation for providing the highest quality and service in our industry. Out printers are the highest resolution in a three state area, which means that OUR finished product makes our competitors finished product literally pale in comparison! Our attention to detail allows you the peace of mind in knowing that you are receiving the best quality available anywhere in the country.
Our Sales Philosophy
Instead of selling a customer a wrap, we sell the customer a design. The sales person initially discusses the design with the customer and they then pass on a concept overview to the designer, who then takes over in working DIRECTLY with the customer. This makes us different because the customer has a direct line with the person who is responsible for the end product.
With two full time designers in Wrap-Aholic! in-house design department, ideas are bounced around debating over the concept of the design. Usually the customer does not walk in with an exact idea of what they want in mind. They have a color or a picture in their head, and that is the direction we tend to go in.
Once a design is created , Wrap-Aholic! sends over proofs to their customer.
A typical wrap design usually takes a designer six to eight hours, broken down into 2 hour periods. You can imagine the labor hours that accumulate! We will NOT allow our designers to begin the process without reassurance that the customer truly wants to make the investment. Most often this is achieved through a deposit being put in place by the customer. This is fair to both parties, and establishes a commitment on both ends. Fairness is paramount.
In-House Benefits
One of the keys to Wrap-Aholic! success is because we design every wrap we do in-house. By doing the design work in-house we accelerate the exposure to problems with templates, proofing, and general customer expectations.
Even if the sign shop gets a wrap that was designed by another company or ad agency etc. it still goes through what Wrap-Aholic! calls an “extensive checklist of changes” before it is printed.
Keeping It Plain and Simple
Wrap-Aholic! concurs with a majority of the sign shop owners out there that vehicle wraps continue to grow in popularity. However, designs as a whole have pretty much stayed the same. The only difference Wrap-Aholic! notes is that, “people have become more open minded to the theory of more is less.” In other words, customers are seeing vehicle wraps as an opportunity to highlight their company’s services and NOT as a moving bulletin board listing every last detail.
In general, Wrap-Aholic! believes that, “people like to see a big image with company name and Web site.” Simplicity reigns when it comes to advertising and that is just what this sign shop aims for.
